Returns / Exchange Policy


Slix Australia hopes that you are completely happy with your purchase.

If for any reason you are not satisfied with any part of your purchase, (for example: size), please return the items in new condition with tags attached and with original packaging; we will be happy to exchange your items or issue you a refund.

Returns and exchanges should be received within 14 days from the date of dispatch for Australian customers.

Slix Australia will not refund or exchange items that have been worn or those with tags or labels removed.

Please ensure you are happy with your purchase before removing any tags or labels.

NB: Please make contact with us via phone, fax or email before returning any swimwear or purchased goods. This ensures a speedy exchange.

When making a return or exchange please make sure you include all the information we will need to ensure the correct exchange or credit to your account is made.

Please include:

• Swimmers or Items

• Name and address

• Your requirements (Please make a note of the exchange or refund you require.)

• A correct working phone number and/or email so that we can contact you immediately, if we need any further information.

• $5.00 or a return self addressed satchel with your goods. (This covers the return postage)
