I can't login / Get an Error Message, what should I do?

Try These simple problem shooting tips first:

Remove all Upper Case letters from your user name & Password.
Next if you have $,#,*, or anything other than a number in your username or password please remove these also.

Make sure when you register to select Premium, not "Not Member".

Check your email address.
