How Long Does it take to get my order?
Slix Australia do their best to get your order to you as fast as possible. Sometimes however delays may occur and this can slow delivery.
Please note when you order not all products are in stock, we do make to order if design is still available.
For Australian Customers : Turn Around is normally 2 days - 5 business days for all in stock items.
For International Customers: Please allow 10-14 days for delivery of you swimmers.
Slix Australia Swimwear are not liable for any Government/Custom charges. This is the sole responsibility of the buyer.
PLEASE NOTE : The exception of this is no stock or during high volume/peak times October through to April in this case please allow 5-10 Working Days for your goods to be made &/or shipped to you.
If you need your swimmers for a certain date for example a birthday, swimming carnival or you are completely desperate for new swimmers please call us first on (02)46481098 or 0438674672 to see what we have in stock & also make a note of this in the "customer comments" section when ordering. We will do our best to get them you ASAP. If we don't know we can't help you.
1. I need the item ASAP , do you do Express Delivery?
Yes we do! All items can be sent by Express Post Australia wide if you click on Express Post at the checkout page. If your delivery postcode is within the Express area specified by Australia Post, you will receive your item within 2 business days. If your delivery postcode is outside of the Express area, you will receive your item within 2-3 working days. You can check if you are in the Express area and estimate your delivery time by checking the EXPRESS POST SCHEDULE. There is a $10.55 flat rate charge for all orders under 500g.
2. Can you post my order today?
Yes we can! All in stock orders placed before 10.00am Sydney EST time between Monday - Friday (excluding public holidays) will be posted next day. Orders placed on Friday evening or during the weekend will be posted on from Monday onwards if in stock. Service excludes public holidays. Please contact our Customer Service Team on 0246481098 if you need your order posted that day & it is after 10am.
3. I need the item for the weekend can you deliver in time?
Yes, we can deliver to you before the weekend depending on your delivery postcode and the day your order is placed:
- For our Standard Australia Post Shipping you should allow 3 to 7 working days for your order to arrive. We despatch all orders up to 2.00pm Monday - Friday.
- If your delivery postcode is within the Express area specified by Australia Post, your order must be placed by Thursday 9.00am Sydney time for delivery on Friday. This commonly applies to all capital cities and metro suburban delivery areas in all states except WA and NT.
- If your delivery postcode is outside the Express area specified by Australia Post, your order must be placed by Tuesday 9.00am Sydney time for delivery on Thursday or Friday. This commonly applies to all country and remote suburban areas in all states, WA and NT.
5. Can i place an order & have it shipped to New Zealand on your Website?
Yes, simply place your order, then click the "proceed to checkout" on the cart page. Then select New Zealand in the country drop down box. This will calculate your order in New Zealand Dollars.
The charge for DHL Express Courier Delivery to New Zealand is a $22.50 (NZ) flat rate regardless of how much you buy. Please allow 5 to 7 business days for delivery to take place.

6. Can I pick up my order?
Yes, if order is ready & complete, pick-ups are available from our warehouse at
Unit 3/48 Dunn Road, SMEATON GRANGE, NSW, 2567 - Mon Fri from 9am till 5pm, Sat 10am till 2pm
7. Where will my order be posted from?
All items are posted from our Sydney warehouse.
8. I am buying many items, do you offer postage discounts?
We offer flat rate of $10.55 Shipping for up to 500g (1-5 pairs roughly) or $15.00 Shipping for up to 2kgs. There are no hidden costs.
9. What postage services are available?
We only use Australia Post "Standard & Express" to deliver items. No other services are available.

11.Is postage insurance available?
We offer insurance at an additional $2.50 per $100 of goods.
12.Can I track my parcel?
You can track Express Post parcels within 24 hours from the time they are posted. Visit http://www.austpost.com.au/track/ to track your order. Alternatively, contact Australia Post on 13 13 18 and quote your Express Post tracking number to speak to a customer service representative about your parcel.
IMPORTANT NOTE; Tracking number only works AFTER our shipping provider scans your parcel. Better to track next business day.
13. Can you deliver to my workplace?
Yes, we can deliver to your workplace, home or PO Box as well as to country and regional areas. If you wish to have your order delivered to your workplace, a workplace name is required.
14.My item has been posted, can I change my delivery address or redirect the parcel?
Parcels cannot be redirected to a different delivery address once the item has been posted. You must ensure that you have provided us with the correct delivery address during the checkout process.
15.Still need help with postage and delivery?
Please contact us with your delivery postcode and the date you require the item by and we will check if delivery will be possible.
16.CUSTOM OR IMPORT DUTY FEES
Slix Australia Swimwear are not liable for any Government/Custom charges. This is the sole responsibility of the buyer. Custom or import duty fees are sometimes charged once the parcel reaches the destination country and must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. These charges will vary widely from country to country and will depend on your parcels weight and size. Although rare, we recommend checking with your local customs office to avoid any surprise additional fees. If you should refuse the parcel, Slix Australia will not refund the original shipping charges, nor pay for any shipping costs associated with returning the parcel.
Any delays due to customs or couriers once parcels have left Australia, are beyond our control and whilst we do our best to ensure delivery is within the given timeframe we are not liable for any delays that are are out of our control.
