Do you accept returns?

Yes we do.

At Slix Australia we want to ensure you love the items you have purchased.

Please note any item being returned or exchanged must be undamaged and unworn with all labels & product swing tags attached, for you to be able to return/exchange. All swimwear should be tried on over underwear, and where applicable, without removing the protective adhesive strip. In the interests of hygiene, returns/exchanges may not be accepted if this strip has been removed or where it is obvious the items have been worn and may be sent back to the customer.

If your recent purchase with us didn’t work out we offer credit notes on returnable items provided you send your garment/s back to us within 14 days of receiving your parcel for Australian customers, and 21 days for international customers. For more information Click Here.

All of our orders are sent via Australia Post.

We post orders to International Countries via Australia Post.

Deliveries to some countries will require additional shipping time and fees, depending on the location.

Please note that our shipping does not cover any international customs duties or sales taxes that may be payable upon delivery.

20 years on and Slix; are proudly 100% Australian Owned, designed and made on site at Slix HQ - Sydney, Australia. We have in house - fabric development, dye sublimation printing, design team, cutting, sewing manufacturing production team and warehousing.

How to wash my Slix Period Proof Swimwear?

The perfect alternative to tampons, all reusable and easy to take care of! Rinse your period swimwear with cold water as soon as you can after removal until the water starts to run clear. If you are wanting to deodorise with wool wash is a great option.

- DO NOT -

Do not wash your Slix swimwear in the washing machine.

Do not tumble dry your swimsuit.

Do not use softener on your period-proof swimwear.

It's that easy!

Step 1. Rinse in cold water after use. Do not soak, just rinse until the water runs clear!

Step 2. Hang dry. Reuse. Repeat! Go you eco warrior!

Can you fast track my order?

Unfortunately we are unable to prioritise deliveries, however we will make every effort to deliver your products within 5 to 15 working days to the address specified by you during the purchase process.

An item is missing from my order?

Firstly, we ask you to double check the invoice contained within your package and ensure all items were successfully ordered. If the invoice confirms the item has been successfully ordered and invoiced however you have not received it, please email or phone 02 4648 1098 for assistance.

I received an item that is faulty?

Slix Australia is committed to providing you with quality products. In the unlikely event you believe the goods to be faulty, please contact us at and one of our friendly team will assist. We will happily help you in this situation where reasonable.

How do I use AfterPay?
