If you experience any issues, our team is dedicated to assisting you in any way possible to ensure that your experience is satisfactory. We would like to provide you with our commitment to customer service.
It is important to note that our returns policy allows for up to 30 business days from the date your parcel is received.

If you change your mind or the product is the wrong size...
If, when your product arrives, you don’t love it you can return the product and receive a store credit through our website. Just download and fill out our returns form.The customer is responsible for the cost of return postage.
- You have 30 days to return your items if you change your mind for any reason or if you need to exchange sizes.
- Our returns timeframe is up to 30 business days from the date we receive your parcel.
- Any change of mind or sizing returns will be returned at your cost.
- All returns must meet all of the conditions below:
- Must be unworn
- Must be clean and free of odour
- All tags must still be attached
- If returning swimwear, the hygiene seal must still be intact and attached to the garment
- The value of your store credit will be equal to the purchase price that you paid, this means if you purchased the garment on sale, we will credit you the amount you paid, not the full retail price.
- Your store credit will not have an expiry date.
- Due to the popularity of our range, we cannot guarantee that a replacement item will be in stock at the time of processing your return. If your item is out of stock, we will process a store credit for you to use at your discretion.
